Someone is trying to make Governor Ron DeSantis look bad.
A few days ago, some debate tapes were leaked that showed Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and Byron Donalds (R-FL) helping DeSantis.
The tapes were leaked to make it look as though DeSantis could not have won his race without MAGA, but it backfired.
Both Gaetz and Donalds were furious the tapes were leaked.
Stupid
The tapes were given to ABC News, who immediately posted them on social media.
My guess is that this was some low-lever staffer from Trump, Gaetz, or Donalds that thought this would be a good way to take DeSantis out and clear the way for Trump.

DeSantis was the GOP candidate, in their home state, so why would they be shamed of helping him?
This could have also been a low-level DeSantis staffer trying to hit MAGA for two of its top congressmen helping DeSantis.
For the very same reasons I mentioned above, there is nothing there for them or DeSantis to be ashamed about.
It is like we are dealing with children now, telling on each other, for a political advantage.
Whoever released the tapes will hopefully be found out and fired because this is just childish nonsense.
