Fake news CNN just admitted that former President Donald Trump was 100% right on one of the statements he made during his recent Georgia rally.
CNN contributor Dean Obeidallah recently wrote an op-ed for the propaganda outlet entitled: “Donald Trump is 100% right about Stacey Abrams.”
“Has hell frozen over? Are pigs now airborne? Has Donald Trump stopped lying?! Impossible, you might be thinking. Well, consider another impossibility that happened this weekend: I found myself agreeing with something Trump said at his rally Saturday in Georgia,” Obeidallah began his article.
Amid ramblings about January 6th and hatred for the GOP, Obeidallah praised Donald Trump for one specific statement made at the rally, where the former president said that having Stacey Abrams as governor of Georgia would be better than current RINO Governor Brian Kemp.
“Stacey, would you like to take his place?” Trump said. “It’s OK with me… “having [Abrams], I think, might be better than having your existing governor, if you want to know the truth — might very well be better.”
Of course, Obeidallah doesn’t agree with Trump’s reasoning for preferring Abrams. What Trump is saying in this instance is that it is better to have an obvious Democrat in office than a backstabbing so-called Republican.
The CNN contributor believes that Abrams should be governor because she’s a “powerhouse.”
“Trump is 100% correct about Abrams. But his comments this weekend weren’t about the truth that the political powerhouse, who’s the former minority leader for the Georgia House of Representatives, would be excellent in Kemp’s position. It was all about his anger at Kemp — which reveals so much about how dangerous the GOP is to our democracy under Trump’s leadership,” Obeidallah wrote.
But the truth is, Stacey Abrams is a failed candidate, and the only reason anyone knows her name is because the media tried desperately to prop her up. If she wasn’t a black woman “fresh face” Democrat candidate, no one would care about her at all.
