ICYMI – Kari Lake lost a lawsuit that called into question the integrity of the 2022 Gubernatorial Election in Maricopa County. The suit was dismissed in the Arizona Court of Appeals. Lake has made it clear that her next step is to appeal to the Arizona Supreme Court.
Lake previously filed a ‘Motion for Transfer‘ in the Supreme Court on December 31. This was an attempt to have her case expedited and bypass the Court of Appeals.

Kari Lake’s argument was that Katie Hobbs’ swearing-in ceremony on January 2 and the “electoral chaos” on election day justified an immediate decision from the Arizona Supreme Court and a new election. On election day in Maricopa County targeted voting precincts had mechanical issues with voting machines which disenfranchised thousands of Republican voters.
However, the Supreme Court of Arizona denied a transfer pending a decision from the Appeals Court.
The appeals court has affirmed the ruling of the lower court in the @KariLake case. I will be threading this for you ASAP. I don’t want to be presumptuous but Ms. Lake isn’t finished. This decision is rife with holes. pic.twitter.com/fENNeck6Tv

The order denied transfer “without prejudice to seeking expedited review of an adverse decision in either proceeding.”
The Court of Appeals now has denied Lake’s appeal.
The Court agreed with the burden of proof used in the Maricopa County Superior Court. The court made clear that Kari Lake did not provide “clear and convincing evidence” of voter fraud.
To many, it appears that Kari Lake’s election for Governor of Arizona was blatantly stolen. It was previously reported that there were massive machine and printer failures that targeted Election Day voters, turning out for Kari Lake and Republicans 3:1. This issue occurred at nearly 60% of voting locations in the County. Cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh, who testified in Kari Lake’s election trial, made it clear in his testimony that broken machines and printers on Election Day “could not arise absent intentional misconduct.”

During a recent rally in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lake revealed even more evidence to her followers. She made it clear that the Election Day failure of voting machines was intentional. She showed the crowd a Republican heat map, which hung on the wall at Maricopa County elections facilities, and compared it to a map “showing all of the vote centers that were sabotaged on election day.” In an obviously not-a-coincidence sort of way, the maps lined up perfectly!
