The newly woke Walt Disney company has been frequently making headlines in the past few weeks following their push into politics. As a result, there are many fans of the entertainment company that express their fears that Disney has ‘surrendered to the woke mob’.
There is no doubt that it’s incredibly depressing to see the place named the happiest place on earth promoting radical Leftist ideologies in the recent past, which included mandating COVID-19 vaccines on the cruise line for passengers 5 years of age or older, the public condemnation of Florida lawmakers for their anti-grooming bill, encouragement for white employees to participate in reparations, in addition to continuing to push the gay agenda on young children.
Conservative commentator for the Daily Wire Candace Owens slammed Disney as “child groomers” and “pedophiles” in her recent tweet online.

Now due to Disney’s recent politically-affiliated actions, many diehard fans have decided to boycott the company, in fact, numerous individuals have chosen to cancel their upcoming trips to the Disney theme parks and or subscriptions to the Disney plus streaming service.
Daily Wire held an exclusive interview with a parent to get an inside look at their thoughts/opinions on Disney becoming woke:
“I’m not sorry for our decision and can’t even pity a company for making such a poor decision when they have enough clout to do whatever the hell they want, and this is the direction they’ve decided upon.”
“We’ve all known for years that Disney is left-wing, but many of us somewhat tolerated it bc their product gives our children joy. But that Zoom call we all heard this week is utterly insane… a group of woke gay activists talking about an agenda to foist on our children about trans and LGBT ideology. It’s blatant child abuse and grooming. Way over the line,” Father of four Kurt Buchert said.
Aaron Sherrill and his wife Catherine have been long time fans of the company, as seen through their annual pass holders membership for nearly 10 years in addition to stating that they have “spent tons of money” on parks, merchandise, and streaming service.
Aaron Sherrill said on Daily Wire’s interview:
“The events of the past few weeks have convinced us that we will never give Disney any of our money again. We are disgusted with them. I would be sad if I wasn’t so revolted by their actions of late.”

You can’t help but wonder how Walt Disney himself would feel about the new role his company is playing in the world today. Walt wanted to bring magic to children and inspire them to dream big. Now, instead of the original dream for the company, it is focused on pushing a political agenda and pandering to a small minority pushing for a radical genderless society.
