Attorney General Merrick Garland is now taking considerable heat over the Trump indictments and alleged coordination of those indictments.
It is widely believed on the right that he gave the order to go after Trump in this manner.
During a weekend interview, Garland attempted to put those rumors to rest.
Getting Emotional
Call me old-fashioned, but when a man gets emotional over something like this, I think it is staged.
That is what happened when Garland defended the allegations levied against him.
On “60 Minutes,” he stated that the idea of him trying to ruin Trump in the 2024 election is, “Absolutely not true.”
He added, “Justice Department prosecutors are non-partisan, they don’t allow partisan considerations to play any role in their determinations.”
Garland then got himself all worked up, stating, “The most important part of the regulations is that the special counsel is not subject to the day-to-day supervision of anyone in the Justice Department.”
He was then asked, “If President Biden asked you to take action with regard to the Trump investigation, what would your reaction be?”
Garland responded, “I am sure that that will not happen, but I would not do anything in that regard.
“And if necessary, I would resign. But there is no sense that anything like that will happen.”
I call bullsh**. This DOJ has been partisan from the start, and the Hunter Biden case proved it.
Garland was ready to give Hunter a walk for a crime we have seen people sent to jail for years for doing.
And these indictments all conveniently came to fruition at the same time? Just happening to be scheduled during the primary season?
To quote Joe Biden… give me a break!
