Another Robby Starbuck DEI Exposé Victory

Thanks to another bombshell exposé from conservative activist Robby Starbuck, Toyota has joined the growing list of companies that have pulled back on their obsession with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Toyota, a Japan-based vehicle manufacturer, informed its 50,000 U.S.-based employees and 1,500 dealers on Thursday that the company would “narrow our community activities to align with STEM education and workforce readiness,” according to Bloomberg News.

This decision came after Robby Starbuck released an exposé last week confirming that Toyota had been sponsoring disturbing DEI practices such as a drag queen program at a so-called LGBTQ+ camp for children. He also revealed that Toyota “opposes laws that ban sex changes for kids and funds groups who work to make sex changes legal for children and they worked with the @HRC to oppose these laws.”

Toyota donated “to the HRC, the Trevor Project, Dallas Resource Center and Los Angeles LGBT Center and the Workplace Equality Summit — All supporters of child transitions. The Trevor Project features chat rooms where adults have been caught talking to kids about sexual kinks, how to transition, masturbation and more. They also have a quick exit feature to wipe the browser and hide the website from parents,” he added.

The exposé also highlighted Toyota’s support for the so-called “Equality Act” that would force women to allow men in their private spaces, funding for “all ages” pride events, and for pushing woke DEI trainings on employees.

According to a statement Toyota provided to Bloomberg News, after Starbuck’s exposé, the company received several hundreds queries from employees, numerous questions from a supposedly “small population” of dealers, and roughly 30 calls from customers. Since then, Toyota has slashed its DEI policies out of fear of a “Bud Light-style” boycott.

“Huge news: Last week we exposed @Toyota + @Lexus for going woke and now just one week later they’re announcing BIG changes!” Starbuck wrote in a post celebrating the news on X. “Some highlights: No more involvement in pride parades, pride events or LGBTQ children’s summer camps. They will not participate in the @HRC’s [Human Rights Campaign] woke Corporate Equality Index social credit system. All BRG activities must be focused on the core business of Toyota and be open to all.”

“I have to give the executives credit for taking this unifying action. It’s not easy to do but they’re preparing their business for future success by adopting corporate neutrality,” he added. “The companies who adopt neutrality will win the future because they don’t violate the core beliefs of the consumers they rely on.”

Toyota’s decision follows several other massive victories for Starbuck, as his exposés of Ford, Harley-Davidson, Lowes, and Tractor Supply also succeeded over the past few months.

“Our campaigns are so effective that we’re getting some of the biggest corporations on earth to change their policies. The landscape of corporate America is quickly shifting to sanity and neutrality. We are the trend now, not the anomaly,” Starbuck explained. “We’re winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America.”
