New York City is a disaster. Crime is skyrocketing and the left’s push for defunding the police is just making things worse. Despite rising crime, the Democrat-run city is more focused on social justice. The outcome of the city government’s negligence is exactly what one would expect. Images from a recent crime highlight the true decline of the once-great New York City.
According to police, the teen drove onto a Brooklyn sidewalk trying to avoid two vehicles, including a silver SUV whose passenger opened fire on him.
The NYPD has released the video of the incident, showing a grey sedan driven by a 19 year old man swerving onto the sidewalk on Granite Street, near Broadway, in Bedford-Stuyvesant at approximately 7:15 a.m.
The driver of a black sedan had attempted to block his vehicle on the street, allegedly working with the silver SUV that ultimately opened fire on the teen.
After pulling up onto the sidewalk, the teen crashed into a fence. The silver SUV then drove past him as a gunman leaned out of the rear driver’s side window and opened fire.
According to police, no one was injured in the crash or the shooting. The NYPD is still searching for the black sedan and the silver SUV.
