Pamela Moses, a career criminal turned BLM Memphis chapter founder with 16 prior criminal convictions of tampering with evidence and forgery, both felonies, and misdemeanor counts of perjury, stalking, theft under $500, and escape is now headed back to prison for six years and a day after illegally registering to vote in the 2020 election. The Judge was not amused with her defense.
Judge Ward Hands Down Six Years For Convicted Felon
Moses, 44 was sentenced on February 4th and may be eligible for early release after nine months as ordered by Shelby County Criminal Court by Judge Mark Ward “if she finished programs in prison and also “maintains good behavior,”

“Moses founded the Black Lives Matter Memphis chapter and ran for mayor but lost the general election in October 2019, Fox 13 reported in November 2019.
Meanwhile, she has maintained her innocence, claiming she was unaware she was ineligible to vote and saying she believed her probation from a 2015 guilty plea had ended and she could begin restoring her voting rights.”
Unfortunately for Moses, Ignorantia Juris non-excusat or ignorantia legis neminem excusat, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. The Daily Memphian reported that “The guilty plea was for tampering with evidence, forgery and misdemeanor charges of perjury, stalking, theft under $500 and escape,”
“She filed paperwork to have her voting rights restored in 2019. She said the Tennessee Department of Corrections told her that her probation had ended and gave her a certificate saying so, but then rescinded the certificate.
The court said Moses was permanently stripped of her voting rights when she plead guilty to the tampering with evidence charge.”
The Judge was not pleased with Moses’ professions of ignorance either when she claimed she was unaware of her ineligibility.
“You tricked the probation department into giving you a document that said you were off probation,”
“After you were convicted of a felony in 2015 you voted SIX TIMES as a convicted felon!”
When Moses’ attorney decided that he could “school the court” as he said the judge, it went downhill fast from there with Ward angrily ordering him,
“Sit down, You need to stop talking sir… Sit… Down… SIT DOWN!!!”
Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich laid any uncertainty to rest in a press release saying, “Under the law, she also was rendered infamous because of her felony convictions and lost her rights of citizenship, including her right to vote. She was permanently deemed ineligible to register and vote in Tennessee because of the tampering with evidence conviction.”
Worse still, Weirich’s office established that Pamela Moses did not act erroneously, but rather made the false assertion that her sentence had expired and her eligibility had been restored. “However, Moses was still serving her 2015 sentence on probation at the time she filed the restoration documents. ”
As one would expect, the mainstream media, BLM activists, and race-hustlers are all leaping to the defense of the convicted fraudster, forger, stalker, and thief who they assert is being persecuted for her skin color due to “a probation officer’s mistake”. Even though her sentencing documents CLEARLY layout that her right to vote was PERMANENTLY STRIPPED.
Just let that marinate for a moment, while BLM is currently imploding with scandal from the top-down, with Indiana Attorney General calling it a ‘scam‘ with extremely shady fundraising, we find out that the head of the Memphis org was this repeat offender. Are we finally grasping as a nation that Black Lives Matter was almost immediately hijacked by criminals and run as one of the most massive cons in history?
