We have all seen the ridiculous sentences being handed down to pro-life advocates who have protested at abortion centers.

What happens when you actually deface property and assault someone if you are a pro-choice advocate or go after Catholics?

Apparently, nothing at all.

Give Him a Walk

Maeve Nota, the 31-year-old transgender, was caught vandalizing a church, destroying property, and even assaulting a staffer at a Catholic Church.

Some of the wonderful messages that Nota painted on the walls were “F— Catholics,” “rot in your fake hell,” “kid groomers,” and “woman haters.”

Initially, Nota was facing prosecution of a hate crime for having done more than $10,000 damage to the church, not no mention the assault charges.

Garland’s DOA thought that was a bit over the top, so a sentence of three years of probation is reportedly going to be recommended.

Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project, stated, “It is very clear that the Biden Justice Department has politicized and weaponized the FACE Act to go after pro-life Christians praying outside of abortion clinics like Mark Houck while turning a blind eye to violent felons terrorizing and badly damaging Catholic churches like Maeve Nota.”

He continued, “The Biden Justice Department tried to put Houck in prison for 11 years for defending his son while recommending no jail time for Nota after this deranged trans terrorist badly damaged a Catholic church, fought with the police, assaulted a church employee, and scared the hell out of a little old lady praying.”

This system is a complete and utter joke.
