Missile attacks are pretty much being taken out of the game plan for Israel due to the attention to civilian casualties.
Normally, this would not even be a conversation, but the fact that Hamas loves to hide in civilian areas and the botched Hamas rocket that took out a Gaza hospital has brought it to the forefront.
This means more precise air attacks and ground assaults.

To that point, early Friday, an air strike was carried out that took out multiple Hamas and Hezbollah targets.
Hezbollah is not officially in the war yet, but the Lebanese terror group has been threatening to jump in.
In the meantime, Hezbollah has had some probing attacks, hence why Israel was targeting them on this strike.
The Israeli Air Force announced the successful attacks, stating that it had destroyed “tunnel shafts, munitions warehouses, and dozens of operational headquarters.”
It added, “Also, the Air Force tonight attacked a number of military infrastructures of the terrorist organization Hezbollah in response to the launches carried out last night (Thursday) into Israeli territory.
“Three terrorists of the terrorist organization Hezbollah were identified a short time ago in the area of the fence on the Lebanese border.
“An Air Force aircraft operating in the area attacked the terrorists.”
I think Israel will be able to hand Hezbollah, but things start to get dicey if Iran gets into this fight.
If that happens, Biden may have to order boots on the ground and if he does, it could be the beginning of World War III.
