Alvin Bragg’s Female ADA Robbed By Illegal Alien Gang Member

A suspected member of the Tren de Aragua gang has been arrested for allegedly assaulting and robbing a female prosecutor from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office.

The unidentified 38-year-old female assistant district attorney (ADA) found illegal alien gang member Brandon Simosa in the hallway of her apartment building on West 44th Street in New York City on Sunday at 2 a.m., where he was reportedly m—sturbating, according to sources that spoke with the New York Post.

Simosa, who has reported ties to the violent Venezuelan street gang Tren de Aragua, has been accused of stealing the woman’s purse, cell phone, and bank card, then fleeing the scene.

He reportedly followed the female prosecutor into her building, grabbed what appeared to be a firearm from his pocket, then demanded she hand over cash while cornering her in the apartment building’s stairwell. She threw her phone, ID, and credit/debit cards onto the ground, and he screamed at her to tell him her PIN numbers.

After taking her belongings, Simosa then “began m—sturbating towards the victim for a period of several moments,” according to Assistant District Attorney Devin Horzempa’s comments in court. He further explained that Simosa tried to use the victim’s cards at a nearby restaurant and ultimately stole her money using an ATM.

The victim identified Simosa using a photo lineup, and he was later arrested at the hotel/illegal alien shelter.

“I’m all over the news, I’m famous, my friends told on me,” Simosa bragged to New York Police Department (NYPD) officers as they arrested him, according to Assistant District Attorney Joshua Larmon.

The illegal alien gave a full confession while in police custody.

NYPD officers were able to find Simosa by tracking the cell phone signal, which led them to the Row NYC hotel on West 45th Street and Eighth Avenue — formerly known as Milford Plaza, which has since been turned from a destination for upscale guests to a shelter for illegal aliens.

NYPD officers found drugs in Simosa’s possession and roughly $525 worth of stolen athletic wear.

This was far from Simosa’s first arrest, as he was taken into NYPD custody six times in the last five months for similar crimes. Simosa is believed to have entered the United States illegally through the southern border in February 2023.

Simosa will be prosecuted by the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, as officials want to avoid the conflict of interest created by the victim working for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

The victim works for disgraced Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg — who is notorious for his soft-on-crime policies. He has reportedly downgraded 60% of felony cases last year, including violent crimes, to misdemeanors, while at the same time upgrading President-elect Donald Trump’s bogus charges in the falsified business records case from misdemeanors to felonies.

During his arraignment hearing, Judge Janet McDonnell fumed over his behavior, stating: “He arrived here in New York in June and has managed to get arrested seven times since June, and at one point was smiling, and is smiling now, and I observed him laughing during the proceeding.”

The judge ordered that Simosa be held without bail on a felony charge of first-degree sexually motivated robbery.
