In light of the recent attacks on US bases in the Middle East, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq has just made another shocking announcement on Friday, November 3. This coalition of Iran-backed Iraqi militias has revealed that it will be launching a more “intense and expansive” phase of operations against U.S. bases in the region starting next week.
The IRI stated that this new aggressive phase of operations is being launched “in support of our people in Palestine and to avenge the martyrs” killed during the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas.

Given these developments, many are now concerned about what this means for American troops deployed in Iraq and Syria, especially since there have already been 27 rocket and drone attacks on U.S. bases in both countries that have injured personnel from the United States military.
To address these worries, an additional 300 troops are being sent to the Middle East to bolster those already present there.
