When liberal leaning CNN dared to allow Donald Trump to use their equipment for a recent town hall broadcast, Democrats lost their liberal minds. They thought that by running the show they could keep Trump between the lines. They thought wrong and it quickly turned into a campaign rally. CNN actually aired clips where the audience can be heard cheering loudly in the background. Like when Trump called his obviously biased “host” Kaitlan Collins a “nasty person.”
Trump town hall controversy
After nearly an hour of listening to President Donald Trump destroying one Democrat narrative after another at his recent TV town hall, Collins made her diplomatically fatal mistake. That’s when she decided to grill Trump “over his handling of classified documents.”
He calmly responded that he has “the right” to declassify any records he wants. She didn’t like that answer.
Trying to gain some sort of control over Trump’s dramatically successful town hall, Collins “challenged him on why he held onto the documents despite a subpoena and requests from the National Archives.”
Incredibly creepy that Anderson Cooper refuses to say Trump’s name, only calling him “that person.” The left thinks you’re not a human worthy of a name unless you swallow leftist ideology. Gross.

About then, Trump blasted her with the rhetorical equivalent of an assault hammer. “Are you ready? Can I talk?” He thundered. “What’s the answer?” Collins snarled back. “I would like you to answer the question.”
The town hall crowd was already fired up by the campaign rally style feel of the evening. They were hanging on his every word. “It’s very simple to answer,” Trump chuckled. “That’s why I asked it,” Collins sparred back. “It’s very simple – you’re a nasty person, I’ll tell ya,” Trump declared. That “sparked cheers from his supporters in the audience.”
That’s also about the time Anderson Cooper had a total meltdown. He’s ashamed to be on the same network and made sure to tell everyone exactly how he felt about it on Twitter. The thing that scares him the most is that he’s already convinced Trump is going to win the 2024 election. Even if it’s rigged again.
It was under negotiation
After putting Collins in her place, Trump got back on track to explain that what happened at Mar-a-Lago was nothing but a political charade by his enemies. One which blew back in Joe Biden’s face.
As he told the town hall audience, “it’s very simple. I was negotiating and we were talking to NARA – that’s Washington, to bring whatever they want. They can have whatever they want. When we left Washington, we had the boxes lined up on the sidewalk outside for everybody. People were taking pictures, everybody knew we were taking those boxes and the GSA – government service, the GSA was the one taking them. They brought them down to Mar-a-Lago. We were negotiating with NARA. All of a sudden, they raid our house.”
Things went down hill for Collins from the very opening of the town hall broadcast. She started it by “grilling the former president about his claims that the 2020 presidential election was rigged.” Since she opened the door, he kicked it right in. It’s hard to find anyone reporting how he answered that question.
CNN abruptly ended the Town Hall 29 min early.
That’s what losers do.
They quit.

“When you look at what happened during that election, unless you’re a very stupid person you see what happened,” Trump replied. “It was a rigged election and it was a shame that we had to go through it.” Fresh evidence just surfaced that the Biden campaign engineered the spies who lied letter with the help of active duty CIA personnel specifically so they could use it in a crucial debate. That’s election rigging right there.
Collins thought she could score some points by bringing up the events of January 6. That, Trump recalled “was the largest crowd I have ever spoken to. That was prior to the walk down to the Capitol Building. I don’t think – and I have spoken to hundreds of thousands of people. I have never spoken to a crowd as large as this. And that was because they thought the election was rigged.”
If that wasn’t bad enough for progressives, Trump kept going like the energize bunny. “And they were there proud. They were there with love in their heart. That was an unbelievable – and it was a beautiful day.” The town hall crowd cheered some more as Collins turned green. CNN is really hoping everyone forgets all about it real soon.
