Once again, Joe Biden has been crossed by his own people.
A new rule that the EPA put in place was so radical, there were several House Dems that could not support it.
Four of them crossed over to support GOP legislation to reverse the rule.

The new rule is meant to ban the operation of gas-powered trucks.
Mind you, Biden has no plan to replace this trucks, he just wants them off the road.
Such a move would cripple small businesses owners in the industry, which could result in them shutting down, which in turn could cripple the supply chain, hence why you have people coming over the aisle.
Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX), a member of the House Transportation Committee’s Highways and Transit subcommittee, was the lead of this movement.
He stated, “Folks, I want to be crystal clear today, Woke bureaucrats in Washington are on a climate justice crusade using the heavy hand of government to go after the trucking industry that keeps America moving.
“And in the last three decades, we’ve made significant strides in the right direction to decrease emissions and increase efficiency.
“The EPA unilaterally imposed this detrimental rule which could lead to a litany of further supply chain disruptions across the country, hit the smaller mom-and-pop trucking companies the hardest and pass along increased costs to the American consumer.
“This is exactly why it is imperative that the House passes this joint resolution to nullify this burdensome regulation.”
This is about par for the course for Biden’s green plan… kill fossil fuels, worry about the consequences later.
