Feds FINALLY Arrest Illegal Alien Involved In Violent Crime

One of the violent illegal aliens involved in the infamous mob beating of two New York Police Department (NYPD) officers was finally arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Venezuelan illegal alien Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, who was released into the U.S. by the Biden-Harris administration, was taken into ICE custody on October 10 and will remain in custody pending deportation.

Izquiel was shockingly only sentenced to a year in prison for taking part in the violent mob attack of two NYPD officers in Times Square back in January. He was among several Venezuelan illegals that took part in the attack, including at least two members of the violent Venezuelan street gang Tren de Aragua.

The two police officers approached the mob of illegal aliens and attempted to disperse the disorderly group, but were immediately attacked viciously by the illegals, who were seen punching and kicking them in the head and body before fleeing the scene.

After the illegal alien criminals were later arrested, they were released without bail despite committing a violent crime and being obvious flight risks thanks to New York City’s insane soft-on-crime laws.

Calls for the deportation of these violent illegal aliens were finally at least partially answered last week, as ICE officials finally took Izquiel into custody.

In a statement about the arrest, ICE official Kenneth Genalo explained that “Gomez Izquiel is a criminal and threat to the public servants, residents, and businesses of New York City. We will not allow our communities to become safe havens for noncitizens who refuse to abide by our laws.”

ICE officials have confirmed that Izquiel first illegally entered the U.S. on August 23, 2023, near the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. Border Patrol agents actually requested expedited removal for Izquiel — which is shocking considering the Biden-Harris administration’s open border policies — but he withdrew his application to enter the U.S. just two days later and voluntarily returned to Mexico.

However, that didn’t last long — as just under two months later on October 3, Izquiel again illegally crossed the border, this time in Texas’ Del Rio Sector, where he was issued a Notice to Appear before a federal judge on June 4, 2024 in Memphis, Tennessee, and was released into the country. Of course, the violent illegal alien criminal never showed up for this appearance.
