ICYMI: Donald Trump lost a key player.
Trump’s all-star attorney that was working on the Mar-a-Lago case is done.
He cited personal reasons, but I think this may go a bit deeper than that.
Too Much
In separating from the legal team, Timothy Parlatore said all the right things.
He stated, “It’s been an incredible honor to serve and work through interesting legal issues.
“My departure was a personal choice and does not reflect upon the case, as I believe strongly the (Justice Department) team is engaging in misconduct to pursue an investigation of conduct that is not criminal.”
I have seen reports that behind closed doors, Trump is starting to express concern about all the money he is spending on legal bills.
We know Trump’s finances are not what they once were, and when you add in that recent settlement to E. Jean Carroll, this could be Trump cutting some payroll.
This is far from over for Trump, however.
He slammed Carroll during his CNN town hall, so she just announced that they are considering suing him again.
So, in addition to everything else, Trump may have yet another lawsuit added to his stack.
