Man Threatens $100 MILLION Lawsuit, Watch How This Pizza Company Responds…

A Muslim man from Michigan made a shocking discovery after going to a local Little Caesars to order pizza.

32-year-old Mohamad Bazzi and his wife had finished over half of the pizza before realizing something was wrong.

The chain restaurant is known for offering a “halal” style beef pepperoni due to the large local Muslim population in the area, however Bazzi received pork pepperoni instead of beef.

Now the man has threatened the restaurant with a $100 million lawsuit for the mistake.

Bazzi claims he has specifically ordered “halal” pepperoni pizza on two separate occasions at this location, where both pizza boxes were labelled “halal”.

The Quran, the main religious text of Islam, prohibits Muslims from eating any pork.

Bazzi’s attorney, Majed Moughni, stated “These people were unknowingly assaulted. None of these employees seem to care.”

After realizing they had eaten pork, both Bazzi and his wife “became sick to their stomach” and were so deeply troubled that they filed a police report.

Bazzi said he had been “defrauded and wondered how many other people may have been unknowingly eating ‘Pork’ that defendants sold as ‘Halal.’”

In response to the lawsuit, a spokeswoman for Little Caesars issued a statement that had Bazzi fuming:

“Little Caesars cherishes our customers from all religions and cultures, and the communities we serve are very important to us. While we can’t comment on pending litigation, we take this claim very seriously. At this time, we believe it is without merit.”

Before a Michigan judge tossed Bazzi’s claim, the lawsuit included four counts of fraud, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment.

The company said it will file counterclaims against Bazzi to protect the company against “frivolous actions” in the future.

The Little Caesars’ Dearborn location has since removed any signs indicating that it sells halal pepperoni and has informed customers it is no longer selling this option due to being “presently out of stock.”
