Six months after the Capitol Riot which catapulted Congressional Democrats into a foaming-at-the-mouth paranoid-delusional craze, 500 Americans have been arrested for the “crime” of entering “the people’s House” without asking nicely. The first of these 579 trespassers (Not insurgents, not terrorists, but trespassers. That’s what they’re mostly being charged with.) has already been sentenced, an Indiana woman who plead guilty and will not serve prison time. This is the Mega Hoax, the gift of the century, an excuse to execute a partisan vendetta.
The sheer number of otherwise law-abiding American citizens being held on extensive charges while the BLM and Antifa terrorists who looted, pillaged, and burned 140 American cities for over six months of 2020 are pardoned and released with bail posted by leftist political leaders and activists is nothing short of disgusting and shameful. In terms of lives lost and damages accrued there IS NO COMPARISON. The Jan. 6th riots caused 1 directly attributable death, that of Ashli Babbitt, murdered by an officially unidentified Capitol Police official, and $1.5 million in damages, while the BLM riots caused at least $2 Billion in damages and claimed a minimum of 25 lives.
The precise language of the misdemeanor charge most commonly applied to these cases is to the effect of: “Knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a Capitol building; parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building”. However, other charges include “Assaulting, resisting or impeding an officer; civil disorders; obstruction of an official proceeding; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; Robbery of Personal Property of the United States; violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and Assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon.”
According to the Associated Press,
“More than a dozen Jan. 6 defendants have pleaded guilty, including two members of the Oath Keepers militia group who admitted to conspiring with other extremists to block the certification of President Joe Biden’s victory.
Most of the other plea deals reached so far are in cases where defendants were charged only with misdemeanors for illegally entering the Capitol. The only defendant who has been sentenced is an Indiana woman who pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and was spared any time behind bars.”
But What About The Pipe Bombs? Concentrate on Those, Not the Dems Hoax
Not a single arrest or charges have been made in the case of the undetonated pipe bombs which were discovered outside the Democratic and Republican National Conventions. WTAE reports, “The FBI has offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for planting the pipe bombs in Washington on Jan. 5. Footage shows a person in a gray hooded sweatshirt, a mask and gloves appearing to place one of the explosives under a bench outside the Democratic National Committee and the person walking in an alley near the Republican National Committee before the bomb was placed there. It remains unclear whether the bombs were related to planning for the insurrection.”
The Justice Department is clearly more concerned with prosecuting partisan vengeance at the behest of the Biden-Harris regime, than with prosecuting the terrorists who plagued the American people for MONTHS or the actual BOMBER who attempted to wipe out the leadership of BOTH major political parties.
