Popular Australian model and fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow captured the attention of millions of fans on Instagram.
Known for her perfect bikini body and booty based workouts, the model has recently opened up about how her post-baby body still bears the physical “reminders” of her pregnancies.
Her candidness about her perceived body imperfections has inspired many mums around the world to embrace their postpartum body and be kind to themselves.

The beautiful mother of two shocked many when she posted a video of herself in a crop top and panties touching her flat stomach, revealing the excess skin left behind from childbirth.
While some criticized the fitness influencer for attempting to appear relatable despite having a “perfect” figure, others praised Hembrow for embracing her post-baby body and normalizing postpartum bodies.
This isn’t the first time she’s flaunted her loose skin; after giving birth to her second child in 2017, she uploaded a mirror selfie showing off both baby and excess skin with the caption “Proud of my mama bod and my loose skin.”

Hembrow attributes her toned figure to maintaining healthy eating habits while pregnant.
She told People Magazine, “I ate very clean, I had a lot of veggies, a lot of protein, and I tried to only limit my treats to the weekends,” she said. “What kept me going is how I wanted to look after the baby. I knew I wanted to get fit again after the baby and be in the best shape I could be, so I wanted to make it easier for myself by staying active while I was pregnant.”
Furthermore, she encouraged other moms out there not let self-doubt discourage them from feeling proud about their bodies: “Whether you have stretch marks, loose skin etc., just know that there’s nothing wrong with it! It shows what your body has been through so you should choose to embrace it!”

Tammy Hembrow serves as an inspiration for mothers everywhere striving toward understanding that true beauty comes from within regardless of any physical imperfections we may have.
