Yes, you read that right: this woman left her job so that she could devote her time to breastfeed her boyfriend every few hours throughout the day. In a last of strange and bizarre headlines, I’d say this one is pretty far up there.
It’s the relationship that has made headlines: the adult breastfeeding lifestyle of Jennifer Mulford and her boyfriend Brad Leeson.
Adult breastfeeding is when an adult woman (or man) provides breastmilk to another person. Most often this occurs between two consenting adults in a romantic or intimate relationship, though it can also occur outside of those relationships.
It’s important to note that adult breastfeeding does not involve any sexual activity or role-playing games; it’s simply the act of providing breast milk for consumption by another person.
In order to provide her partner with breastmilk, Jennifer Mulford was forced to quit her job so she could dedicate herself full-time to lactation. This meant she had to work hard at maintaining her body in just the right way so she could produce enough milk for him on demand.
To do this, she had to consume certain foods such as oatmeal and flax seeds as well as some over-the-counter supplements like Lactiful. She also needs time daily for milking herself either by hand or using a pump – all in the name of love.
Some said this relationship sounds like a dream come true for their partners while others were grossed out by it all. The couple insists they are doing nothing wrong and believe their dynamic is not too far off from what it was when Jennifer gave birth 20 years ago; except now instead of nurturing a child, she nurtures her partner’s needs through breastfeeding.
At the end of the day everyone has different tastes and preferences when it comes matters related to physical intimacy, but I think this one goes a bit too far in my personal opinion.
