While transporting Republican vice-presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), another one of former President Donald Trump’s planes was forced to make an emergency landing just one week after another plane malfunctioned.
Trump’s personal plane — nicknamed Trump Force One — was forced to make an emergency landing last Friday in Billings, Montana, while the Republican presidential nominee was on his way to Bozeman, Montana, for a campaign rally. The emergency landing was prompted by an alleged hydraulic leak, causing Trump to have to switch to a smaller plane to travel to his destination.

Many on social media questioned whether the malfunction was due to intentional sabotage, citing the recent assassination attempt he faced in Butler, Pennsylvania. This theory is now being revived after another one of Trump’s planes malfunctioned just one week later.

The new Boeing 737 — nicknamed “Trump Force Two” — was purchased earlier this month by the Trump campaign for transporting his running mate. On Friday afternoon, this aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Milwaukee International Airport because of a supposed malfunction with the door seal. There were no reported injuries during the incident.
“The pilot advised there was a malfunction with the door seal. After declaring an emergency, Trump Force Two returned to Milwaukee. As soon as the issue was resolved, the plane returned to its originally planned flight path back to Cincinnati,” a Vance spokesperson told WISN.
Theories are already being circulated about the incident. While many claim it is just a coincidence, others argue that something more sinister may be afoot — including either intentional sabotage or Boeing’s ongoing quality problem, as there have been numerous videos showing malfunctions and other major issues with Boeing planes that many have blamed on the company’s DEI push.
