The situation at the border is seemingly getting worse by the hour.
With the end of Title 42 imminent, migrants are camping out at the border, just waiting to enter the United States.
Even with Title 42 in place, however, encounters are going up, pointing to a dire situation over the next few weeks.
No Plan
Sadly, this administration has no plan for what is about to happen at the border.
Even though Biden has been trying to end Title 42 since he took office, the administration has no clue what it will do to handle the estimated 15,000 encounters per day.
Even with the colder weather, migrants are still coming…
Can you imagine what those pictures are going to look like once the weather warms up a bit?
DHS is not looking to deter encounters.
Instead, the announcement that came from the agency was more centered around processing and caring for the illegals.
DHS stated, “We have deployed additional agents to the region and deployed improved processing systems, automated surveillance towers, rescue beacons, mobile processing units, medical screening personnel, and nearly 1,000 Border Patrol Processing Coordinators for processing migrants and ensuring border security.”
How about you just lock down the border and keep them all out?
