A liberal political think tank with Joe Biden’s name on it seems to have provided it’s host, the University of Pennsylvania, with large quantities of Chinese cash. The Biden regime confessed that they found classified documents in Joe and Hunter’s office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. That wasn’t good publicity for the college.
Chinese cash goes to college
Chinese cash was flowing around the Biden family like water. After the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago on a hunt for alleged classified documents that the National Archives knew President Donald Trump had stored in his basement, Joe’s new lawyers admitted that Joe had been sitting on some, too.
As Fox News reports, “the Biden Center subsequently found itself in a firestorm, and questions stirred regarding anonymous Chinese donations to the University of Pennsylvania, which harbors Biden’s think tank.”
It turns out that “foreign donations from China totaled in the tens of millions since 2017, but the identities of many of those patrons remained obscured.” Thanks to FOIA, Fox “can reveal the identities of many previously unreported Chinese contributors who gave six figures to the university.”

They got the records from Americans for Public Trust. The recently disclosed figures show that the cash pouring in from China “far exceeds what was previously known or reported.”
Another suspicious coincidence is that “some of the Chinese donors have ties to previous Hunter Biden business deals, and others are linked to the Chinese Communist Party.” For a starving artist and recovering crack-head, Hunter always seems to have the cash to live like a king.
“On the heels of learning that the Biden family received millions of dollars from foreign entities, this latest revelation raises further questions about the scope of President Biden’s ties to China.”
Massive increase in contributions
According to Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of Americans for Public Trust, they have confirmed that when the Penn Biden Center opened, the school “received a massive increase in contributions from China and Hong Kong.” At the time, Joe “was ramping up his presidential campaign.” The cash just kept on coming.
The university “has raked in millions from CCP-tied donors since he took office,” Sutherland explains. Joe “owes the American people answers about the depth of his financial connections to foreign nationals who are undercutting our nation’s security and prosperity.”
The figures indicate “Chinese donations to UPenn totaled at least $105 million from mid-2018 to mid-2022, or nearly double what was previously known.” As the campaign drew closer to November the number of dump trucks full of cash pulling in to the university was “skyrocketing.”
The Penn Biden center is where Biden kept those unsecured records. The Chinese and Hong Kong provided funds, 105 million to the center. The University of Pennsylvania was receiving:

They pulled in “almost $75 million coming from China and Hong Kong sources.” They only listed the “foreign donations of $100,000 or more.” For instance, “Cathay Fortune, a private equity company that had a controlling interest in China Molybdenum – now called CMOC Group Limited – gave $1 million in gift donations to UPenn in 2019.”
That’s significant because “China Molybdenum purchased a cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 2016 with the help of Bohai Harvest RTS (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Company, or BHR.” Guess who owns BHR. “Hunter Biden, two other Americans, and Chinese partners formed BHR in 2013.”
The cash keeps flowing around in circles. “Hunter and the other Americans owned 30 percent of the company and sat on its board.” Meanwhile, Joe gets a paycheck from the school and an office suite for showing up once every year or so, and shaking a few hands.
