Bull With Horns ON FIRE Gores Man To DEATH

During a traditional bull-running festival in Vallada, Valencia last weekend, a Spanish man tragically died after being gored to death by a bull that had it’s horns set on fire.

24-year-old Adrian Martínez Fernández can be seen in horrific video footage being maimed by the creature on Sunday, August 21. The bull’s horns had been set ablaze as part of the controversial festival.

The Telegraph reported that Fernández was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital following the gruesome attack, however sadly succumbed to his injuries soon after.

Apparently the man’s spleen was ruptured from the bull’s attack, as spectators looked on.

Following Fernández’s death, Vallada authorities have suspended the festival, as there was another event planned on the following Monday.

According to the Daily Mail, Fernández had traveled from Almansa to attend the festival, where he unexpectedly met his tragic fate.

The “toro embolado” translated in English to, “bull with balls” is a traditional feature at these festivals in the country. When it’s horns are set on fire, the bull is in extreme amounts of pain and therefore becomes enraged, increasing the danger aspect.

Willing participants then attempt to dodge the bull as it races around in distress.

Any attempts to outlaw this practice have been prevented, as Spain’s conservative government declared bullfighting to be part of it’s national heritage.

Understandably, there have been numerous other cases of people being seriously injured or killed after being maimed by a bull during festivals.
