Dems Admit To Counting Illegal Ballots, Court Fires Back

Democrats in several blue Pennsylvania counties have admitted to counting illegal ballots, with officials stating that court precedent “doesn’t matter anymore.” However, the state’s Supreme Court has since fired back.

Despite Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick being projected as the winner of Pennsylvania’s Senate race by numerous outlets, including The Associated Press, Democrats in the state have refused to give up on “finding” enough votes to keep incumbent Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) in office and overcome McCormick’s 29,000 vote lead.

They are even going so far as to blatantly ignore a ruling from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that declared mail-in ballots without proper dates or signatures could not be counted in the official election results.

Pennsylvania is officially conducting a recount in the Senate race that is estimated to cost a whopping $1 million, with results of the recount expected to be publicly released on November 27, according to Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt — who claimed that the recount was triggered because unofficial results show that McCormick and Casey are within a 0.5% margin.

As part of this recount, officials in Bucks County — which flipped red in the election, but has suddenly flipped back to blue after Democrats continued counting ballots in the days after he election — and deep blue Montgomery County are ignoring the Pennsylvania Supreme Court order.

Radical leftist Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia bragged about violating the law and interfering in the election, stating: “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country.”

“People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes,” she added, refusing to acknowledge the difference between legal votes and illegal votes.

Montgomery County Democrat board chair Neil Makhija claimed that the illegal votes needed to be counted so voters wouldn’t be “disenfranchised.”

Meanwhile, Republicans are calling out the blatantly illegal actions of these county officials, with the Republican National Committee (RNC) filing four lawsuits challenging these decisions — stating that they will “fight for as long as necessary” to stop the Democrats from interfering in the election results.

“Let’s be clear about what’s happening here: Democrats in Pennsylvania are brazenly trying to break the law by attempting to count illegal ballots. They are doing this because they want to steal a senate seat,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley wrote in a post on X.

On Monday afternoon, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued another order demanding that officials stop counting illegal ballots, reiterating its earlier ruling that ballots without proper dates or signatures could not be counted.

The order directs that all counties “including the Boards of Elections in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, SHALL COMPLY with the prior rulings of this Court in which we have clarified that mail-in and absentee ballots that fail to comply with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Election Code … SHALL NOT BE COUNTED for purposes of the election held on November 5, 2024.”

It is unclear whether the Democrats will accept the ruling and stop violating the law, as they have yet to respond to the order as of Monday evening.
