A whistleblowing witness testifying to James Comer behind the scenes was reported missing in action. The informant happens to work for the FBI. Not only that, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee is alarmed because “nine of the ten people that we’ve identified that have very good knowledge with respect to the Bidens, they’re one of three things: They’re either currently in court; they’re currently in jail; or they’re currently missing.” That’s a freedom chilling statistic. Others “want to come forward” about Deep State debauchery in the DOJ but they “fear for their lives.”
Comer fears foul play
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer didn’t come right out and say he’s worried about the safety of his confidential informant but he is. On Sunday he revealed to Fox News that “his team has been unable to reach an FBI informant who alleged corruption.”
Not just any corruption. He’s spilling the beans on Biden family crimes. His disappearance matches up with the bureau’s refusal to honor a subpoena “demanding a report detailing allegations” Joe Biden “took bribes while vice president.”
Democrats are spinning the news to make it appear the loss of the witness blows the case apart. It’s not that simple. The real evidence is the witness interview form that the committee already knows exists. In their denial of compliance with the subpoena, the FBI admitted it exists. They just don’t want to hand it over.

They may have “disappeared” one of their own agents to silence him but that’s a separate crime. “Well, unfortunately,” Comer told Fox News, “we can’t track down the informant. We’re hopeful that the informant is still there.”
Besides getting confirmation the document exists and is worth fighting over, Comer notes “a whistleblower communicating with the committee about the alleged bribery scheme ‘knows the informant‘ and is ‘credible.‘” That’s probably the one who’s hiding, kidnapped or dead. With John Durham’s report freshly released, Americans aren’t real happy with the DOJ or FBI.
They clearly helped Hillary Clinton frame Donald Trump with fake Russia collusion claims. They knew it was all made up and used it anyway. Making it worse, the CIA knew about the plan before it happened, and demanded a criminal investigation into Hillary for cooking up the scheme. Instead of investigating her crimes, Durham concludes, the FBI and DOJ conspired with her to commit them.
FD-1023 informant report
Every piece of paper in the federal government has a number on it for sorting purposes. Every time an FBI agent talks to a witness or suspect as part of a case, they write up the encounter on a form with “FD-1023” stamped in the corner. When congress wants a look at one, they’re supposed to be quickly handed over. Not this time.
Instead of sending congress the one they asked for, they sent a six page letter explaining why they weren’t going to part with it. The information typed on the page is “unverified” and “may risk the confidentiality of agency sources.” That’s a load of crap, Comer declares.
“All we’re asking the FBI with respect to the form 1023 is, ‘What did you do to investigate this allegation?‘ And they sent us back a very patronizing letter basically saying, ‘Just trust us and don’t worry about it,‘” Comer relates.

He was informing the public about the status of his own oversight investigation and his remarks came before the shockingly brutal report Durham just released detailing FBI and DOJ corruption at the highest levels.
As Comer told Fox viewers, “This is a pattern of behavior by the FBI that would suggest there’s been a cover-up for many years with respect to the Biden influence-peddling.”
His committee already knows that the report on the allegations was “created or modified in June 2020” — the same month that Biden clinched the Democratic presidential nomination — and alleges a “criminal scheme” involving “money for policy decisions.” This is a bad week for Joe Biden. Debt negotiations aren’t the real reason he canceled his Australia trip.
