Was it suicide or was it some other medical issue that took the life of Reggie Chaney?
That is the question everyone is asking today.
The 23-year-old basketball star who played at Houston and Arkansas died recently.
Sad Discovery
Chaney, a former winner of the college 6th Man Award, was found dead by a friend.
After a successful college basketball career, Chaney was headed overseas to begin his pro career.
By all accounts, he was a happy individual, but suicide is always in play when authorities only say they suspect no foul play.
If it was suicide, we need to know. If it wasn’t, then he goes into the category of world-class athletes under 25 who are dropping like flies.
To be honest, if it was suicide, what is bringing on this depression in this generation that people who have everything are taking their own lives?
It still astonishes me that this is not a bigger topic in the media.
In fact, they are not covering it at all.
I have seen only a handful of conservative bloggers covering this and begging authorities to start to investigate this.
Young people, very fit young people, are dying at a rate that we have never seen before, and nobody seems to care.
