The Biden administration, finally, was making some headway on the immigration front.
This was because Biden stole a Trump immigration policy and put into action several months ago.
Well, Joe’s bracelet buddy’s judge just turned Biden’s life into a nightmare.

Judge Jon Tigar is an Obama appointee.
I would wager that when Biden found out Tigar was handling this case, he had a surefire win.
The case was brought by the ACLU and several other human rights organizations and immigration advocates to stop Biden’s new policy.
The rule allowed DHS to expel migrants that did not apply for asylum in the first friendly country they entered after leaving their own country.
This is identical to Trump’s “Safe Third Country Agreement.”
Tigar has put a 14-day hold on the order while the administration contemplates its appeal.
I would suspect there will be a surge at the border during those weeks, but that is only part of the problem.
If Tigar’s ruling is upheld, that means the border is officially open again, and we will start to see numbers like we have seen for most of Biden’s presidency.
If that happens, the majority of the load will again fall to Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who continues to do everything in his power to stop illegals from entering this country.
Honestly, if I were Biden, I would pull that lawsuit fighting Abbott over barriers put up in the Rio Grande River to stop illegals from crossing.
