Iconic guitarist of the world-famous band Duran Duran, Andy Taylor, has made a wonderful announcement: he has made a miraculous recovery from stage 4 cancer thanks to an innovative new treatment.

Prior to the treatment, Taylor thought he had just months left to live.

However, now he is cancer free and symptom free thanks to the work of this novel “breakthrough drug.”

This has come as a major shock to both him and his family, providing them with hope after years of uncertainty.

Andy Taylor was part of the iconic pop group Duran Duran when they rose to fame in the 1980s thanks to hit songs like “Hungry Like The Wolf,” “The Reflex” and “A View To A Kill.”

After their time together ended in 1985, Taylor remained active in music while keeping his personal life private.

In 2018 however, it was revealed that he had been diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer which was deemed inoperable due to fears surrounding nerve damage affecting his guitar playing ability if chemotherapy were used.

Taylor refused chemotherapy over worries it would damage the nerves in his hands and thus his guitar playing career.

He instead opted for an experimental treatment involving a concoction of radioactive chemicals known as lutetium-177 which targets only cancer cells without damaging healthy ones.

This decision paid off exponentially as just weeks after receiving intravenous infusions of this substance at the beginning of July last year Taylor received the news that his stage four cancer had gone into remission and he had no symptoms whatsoever – effectively extending his life by five years or more.

This incredible turnaround has been attributed largely to Welsh scientist Christopher Evans who created this revolutionary treatment known as nuclear medicine which only targets cancer cells allowing healthy cells remain unharmed during treatments.

As such Taylor has praised Evans claiming him to be a genius and referring to him as the “Elon Musk of cancer” due to how revolutionary this new form of treatment could be for many people worldwide suffering from terminal illnesses such as stage 4 cancers like himself.
