According to a lawsuit, filed by the Alliance Defending Freedom, Biden’s administration has issued multiple mandates that would force non-profit and for-profit religious organizations to pay and perform gender reassignment surgeries.

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is the largest firm in the nation that will handle religious liberty cases. ADF says that the mandates would cover more than just the transition procedures. The mandates also will include counseling and treatments that support the transition. All of which goes against the religious liberty of the organizations affected by the mandates.
The Lawsuit to Protect Religious Liberty
The Lawsuit, known as Christian Employers Alliance v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, states that the agency is misinterpreting Title VII. By doing this they are implementing discrimination based on sex forcing employers to provide health insurance that covers reassignment surgeries and procedures that go against their religious rights.

The Lawsuit takes on the department of human health and services reinterpretation of “sex” in federal law to include “gender identity.” By redefining the word you redefine the law. It is due to the new definition that this administration can attack the religious liberty of small business employers.
At this time the ADF has filed a motion in federal court to immediately halt the enforcement of these illegal mandates.
