Secret Service SHOTS FIRED…

The investigation into the second Trump assassination attempt is now complete, and it is not a pretty picture for the Secret Service.

The new report showed that six shots had been fired at the would-be assassin who was stalking the tree line at Trump’s golf course.

Six shots… and not a single one of them hit their target.

How Does This Happen?

Fox News recently discussed the report, and Jesse Watters was in utter disbelief that agents who are supposed to be the best in the business could miss a target that was inside of 10 feet.

Watters stated, “He was only five feet away and he missed [Routh] not once, not twice, but six times.

“He missed him six times, from five feet. How does a trained agent who passed the firearms test miss a target five feet away?”

Watters continued, “The special agent, who may have been as close as five feet away from Routh, immediately responded by firing shots toward the suspect.

“It is believed six shots in total were fired; however, final ballistics are pending an ongoing FBI investigation.”

I keep going back to former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheadle, who seemed more interested in diversity than she was in hiring qualified agents.

And I understand that the shooter was more than likely on the move after the first shot was fired, but how in the world does that first shot even miss, let alone the five that followed?

This is really something that I am looking forward to seeing how Trump addresses this and who he appoints to take charge of the agency once he takes office.

Much like the FBI, the Secret Service needs a real overhaul, so this is going to be no easy task, and getting these agents up to par is not going to happen overnight.

Just keep that in mind as Trump starts to overhaul these law enforcement agencies.
