Alleged federal Prosecutors don’t seem to give a flying fig that Ukrainian Gas Giant Burisma helped Hunter Biden open an account with a corrupt bank on the Isle of Malta. The feds don’t care what Hunter Biden did. He’s totally in the clear now. Donald Trump is the real criminal, they insist. They’ll hang him for something yet. As soon as they manufacture evidence which will stick.
Secret bank account
While bribing both Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with millions, Burisma conveniently took care of the paperwork to open an account for Hunter with a corrupt bank in Malta. Hunter had to send some documents to them but they took care of the rest. Emails about the scheme have been lurking in Hunter Biden’s loathsome laptop.
Soon, we won’t be able to talk about that at all because his lawyers are working on having it all erased. Along with any other evidence of the crimes he’s been forgiven for.
Burisma couldn’t open the secret account without “income statements, passport information and utility bills.” He had back and forth about it in emails with Burisma board adviser Vadym Pozharskyi on April 24, 2016. Satabank may have been corrupt but they liked to have a nice neat paper trail showing they did their due diligence.

“Dear colleagues,” Pozharskyi wrote to Biden and his fellow board member colleague Devon Archer, with a few others copied in. “Hope, all is well. Taking into account that Burisma will be opening an account at the Maltese bank, could you kindly provide us with your latest utility bills and a bank reference?”
Hunter was happy to send over what they needed but had a little snag. “We are working on this – I was traveling with my Dad and had my passport abroad last week,” he sent back a week later. Over the next few weeks, Pozharskyi helped the bank get Hunter’s “certified and apostilled passport copy in color,” “a certified declaration of source wealth including profile” and “a certified declaration from a leading European/US Law Firm confirming that he has no pending legal issues with authorities.”
There are at least a couple House Committees who will soon be sending Satabank a subpoena for those records. The Just Us Department may have closed their case against Hunter but Congress is still after Joe Biden. Letting Hunter off the hook only made them angry. Like wounding a bear.
Hunter knew it was Satabank
It’s a good thing that Hunter Biden and his crimes have been declared absolved. He even got the file closed on his child support case, the same day the feds announced he’s untouchable. Biden was fully aware the secret bank account was specifically to be opened with Satabank.
“Pozharskyi, in a separate email chain with Hunter, identified the financial institution as Satabank, and an assistant for the then-second son later sent an accompanying tax identification number and signature.”
After Burisma had all the documents they needed in hand, they sent a messenger to Pierre Pillow, owner of an auction house in Malta. Coincidentally, he was “later charged in December 2020 with laundering ‘millions of euro,‘ according to the Times of Malta.”

That secret account with a controversial bank doesn’t matter to Hunter now because he’s been declared above the law. In Malta, they launched an investigation “after receiving a tip about a suspicious transaction involving Pillow, Burisma and a disassembled oil rig.”
Satabank itself “closed in 2018 after Malta’s Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit found ‘gross deficiencies‘ in the bank’s ability to abide by money laundering and terrorism finance laws.” That was probably the whole reason Hunter Biden was using that particular bank but it doesn’t matter now because he got two years probation and he’s done.
He can’t be charged with a single thing because he’s already been found not worth charging. Someday, maybe soon, one of the various watchdog committees in Congress may find Burisma bribe money sitting in that account. Probably not the entire $10 million, or even the $5 million of that which was Hunter’s split, but whatever is left.
