Government overreach and abuse has finally caught up with Joe Biden’s student loan handout.
In one of its final rulings of June, the Supreme Court shot down Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan.
Democrats, including Biden, went ballistic after the decision was handed down.

Let me say this…
This program was unconstitutional from the outset and Biden knew it.
Even so, Biden stated that the Supreme Court “misinterpreted” the Constitution when it made this decision.
Biden tried to use COVID as a means of granting the student debt relief, but the court saw through the smokescreen.
Chief Justice Roberts, in his ruling, stated that court precedent “requires that Congress speak clearly before a department secretary can unilaterally alter large sections of the American economy.”
Roberts concluded, “Six States sued, arguing that the HEROES Act does not authorize the loan cancelation plan. We agree.”
In other words, an administration Secretary does not have the authority to add billions to the tab of the American taxpayer without Congress’ stamp of approval.
As expected, members of the Squad were front and center complaining about the decision.
Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) stated, “The Supreme Court’s extreme right-wing justices have repeatedly proven that they prioritize lining their own pockets with handouts from their billionaire besties over straightforward and legal student debt relief for millions of borrowers.”
Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) added, “The hypocrisy is clear: As justices accept lavish, six-figure gifts, they don’t dare to help Americans saddled with student loan debt, instead siding with the powerful, big-monied interests.”
Notice how Democrats say nothing when the conservative-dominated court hands them a victory, but when they don’t get their way, the mud starts to get slung.
You lose, Joe, and now you have to explain to millennials who fell for your scam and voted for you that they now have to pay back all that money that they borrowed.
