Joe Biden has condemned the Supreme Court for “playing fast and loose with the facts” in the court’s choice to reverse Roe v. Wade last month and return abortion legislation to the states.
Biden made the remarks at the finalizing event of an executive order to protect “access to reproductive health care services, including abortion and contraception.” He was joined in this by Vice President Kamala Harris and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra.

Throughout his speech, Biden said that the Supreme Court was “out-of-control.”
“We cannot allow an out-of-control Supreme Court, working in conjunction with extremist elements of the Republican Party, to take away freedoms,” Biden said.
