Harris VP Pick Supports Born-Alive Abortions

Tim Walz Supports Born-Alive Abortions

Vice President Kamala Harris has picked her running mate — Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, a radical leftist who supported born-alive abortions in his state.

As he was running for reelection in summer 2022, Walz’s state health agency quietly published a required abortion statistics report — which contained a shocking statistic that will likely come back to haunt the Harris-Walz presidential ticket.

Under his leadership, in 2021, five infants were born alive despite the best efforts of the abortion doctors — but they were to die alone and in pain. None of these innocent babies were provided any life-saving care, though two of them allegedly received “comfort care,” according to a July 1, 2022, report from the Minnesota Department of Health.

In Walz’s first year as governor, 2019, three other babies were born alive because of botched abortions and were left to die, the Minnesota Department of Health reported on July 1, 2020.

While Minnesota was required to publicly report those born-alive abortions, Walz worked with his new Democrat-controlled legislature in 2023 to put a stop to the reporting requirement and to end the legal obligations for doctors, nurses and other medical professionals to provide life-saving care for babies born alive during an abortion. These requirements were removed via an omnibus bill titled SF2995.

Students For Life president Kristan Hawkins slammed Walz’s support for these horrific actions in a post on X, writing: “Harris-Walz is the most pro-abortion, baby killing, ticket we’ve ever seen in America.”

It is clear to many conservatives, and even some Democrats, that Walz is the most far-left choice out of Harris’ short list for her running mate — which leaves many questioning the reasons behind her decision. Harris has long been known as a far-left candidate, and thus would be able to easily court the far-left radicals within her party. It is unclear what voting demographics Walz could bring to the ticket, but it is very clear that a Harris-Walz administration would be horrific for unborn children.

Nonetheless, the extremely radical Democrat presidential ticket is reportedly a great opportunity for former President Donald Trump and his running mate Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) — who have already thanked Harris for picking Walz.
