Trump Cancels Fauci’s Taxpayer-Funded Security

Trump Deals Heavy Blow to Deep State

President Donald Trump has canceled the security detail for yet another deep state shill: Dr. Anthony Fauci.

The former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) has lost his taxpayer-funded security detail and has been forced to use his own vast wealth to fund private security, according to a source that spoke with CNN.

Trump addressed the report while speaking to reporters on January 24, where he pointed out that taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to fund the security of former government officials “forever.”

“I think you know when you work for govern — government, at some point your security detail comes off. And, you know, you can’t have them forever. So I think it’s very standard, if it would be for somebody else, who wouldn’t be asking the question. Question is very fair,” the president said when asked about the CNN report. “But, you know, you work for government, we took some off other people too, but you can’t have a security detail for the rest of your life because you work for government.”

Trump was also asked about another security detail he canceled: Secret Service protection for warmonger former national security adviser John Bolton. He also canceled Bolton’s security clearance.

“Would you feel partially responsible if something happened to Dr. Fauci or John Bolton?” a reporter asked.

Trump fired back by reiterating the fact that these former government officials have made plenty of money and should be able to fund their own security, and the taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to fund that.

“You know, they all made a lot of money. They could hire their own security. All the people you’re talking about, they can go out. I can give them some good numbers of very good security people. They could hire their own security. They all made a lot of money,” he replied.

“They all did. So, if they, you know, felt that strongly. I think that – certainly I would not take responsibility,” Trump added. “I think there was enough time. We take a job, you take a job, you want to do a job, we’re not going to have security on people for the rest of their lives. Why should we?”
