WATCH What This Defendant Does That Leaves Judge TERRIFIED

The Waukesha Christmas massacre defendant Darrell Brooks, shocked the courtroom Friday when he pounded his fist and glared menacingly at Judge Jennifer Dorow, causing her to break the court for recess.

According to The Post Millennial, “I need to take a break,” Judge Dorow said, “this man right now is having a staredown with me. It’s very disrespectful, he pounded his fist, frankly, it makes me scared and we’re taking a break.”

This is not Brooks’ first disturbance since he was ejected from the court on Tuesday after Dorow made a decision that the defendant was being too disruptive. He was permitted back into the room soon thereafter.

After interjecting, interrupting, as well as making several unjustified arguments, the court excused the jury and also the witness on the stand. Brooks continued to make remarks, saying”What you doing is judicial misconduct,” and adding, “that’s not fair to the jury, they have a right to hear everything. Not going to sit here and let you fix the trial because you don’t want to tell the truth to the jury,”

WLUK-TV reported that at multiple points throughout the proceedings Judge Dorow said Brooks was deliberately disrupting the court in order to lengthen the trial. Brooks replied that he felt extremely disrespected by this.

“This is not a game to me, your honor. Nothing about this is a joke. That’s what you all don’t understand. It’s unfair, and it’s disrespectful to me that you’d think I’d come in and treat this like a joke or a game. What type of statement is that?” Brooks asked angrily. “Your life is not on the line. Mine is.”

Judge Dorow expelled Brooks from the court, stating that he will continue to be involved by video from an adjacent courtroom.

Brooks was previously excluded from the courtroom for being disruptive on October 4, after interfering with the court so much that he was removed from the room. Brooks disturbed Dorow on numerous occasions, saying that he did not acknowledge the authority of the state of Wisconsin or Dorow as a judge.

While Brooks is not permitted to use the concept of being a sovereign citizen as a defense he has been permitted to cross-examine his alleged victims.
