Senator Warren (D-MA) recently did an interview that caught my eye.
Warren was on CNN with Jake Tapper discussing influence peddling.
We may soon see her words in a GOP campaign ad against Biden.
Not Good
Tapper did his best to protect Joe Biden, stating, “So far, we haven’t seen any direct evidence pointing to Joe Biden, President Biden, doing anything illegal.”
That, however, is not true.
Devon Archer just testified under oath that Biden was on the phone more than 20 times when Hunter Biden had business partners in the room.
Trust me, if that was Trump on the phone, Tapper would be screaming from the highest mountaintop about corruption.
Tapper continued, “I mean, people close to Joe Biden or people close to Donald Trump, but I’m talking about Joe Biden, making tens of millions of dollars because of their closeness to him, that can’t be something that you like. That can’t be something that you’re comfortable with as a phenomenon.”
Warren responded, “I always worry about the influence peddlers in Washington, regardless of party affiliation.
“One of the things, as you know, I have spent a lot of my time in Congress working on is how we bring just more ethics and more oversight in general to everything that we do in government.”
Right now, Democrats are hammering Justice Clarence Thomas over ethics complaints, but not a single one of them seems to have a problem with what Joe Biden was doing.
Hypocrisy… that is what that is.
