Brett David Hill was 49 years old when he committed an absolutely horrific crime.
He was convicted of a crime against an 11-year-old child.
And what did he get?
Just 17 years.
Horrifying
According to the court filing, Hill kidnapped the young girl.
The statement goes on, “During this five hour ordeal, (the girl) was subjected to serious violence, death threats, and multiple acts of nearly every form of forced sexual intercourse – including forced fellatio, digital vaginal, digital anal, penile vaginal, and penile anal intercourse.”
Hill moved the girl multiple times during this ordeal.
When he was finally done assaulting her, he put a trash bag over her head and left her at a train station.
He ended up pleading guilty to nine charges, showing no remorse at the time.
By the time the case came to trial, the young girl was 13 years old and had to relive the horror on the stand.
He was sentenced to only 17 years and when the sentence was appealed, somehow, it held up.
There was some justice, however.
Shortly after arriving in prison, the other inmates learned of his crime and raped Hill in prison numerous times, offering up some convict justice.
