The Durham report that was released a couple of weeks back was not very flattering for the FBI.
As we have seen in recent weeks, the FBI seemed to be holding back or manipulating more information than it was being honest about.
When Durham testified before the House Judiciary Committee, he enlightened us even more.
Rogue Agency
When all of this first started to happen with the FBI, I characterized it as a few rogue leaders having recruited agents to work with them.
That was clearly an understatement.
I still believe it is only a small faction of the agency, it runs much deeper and higher than most of us originally envisioned.
During his testimony, Durham explained, “The FBI was too willing to accept and use politically funded and uncorroborated opposition research, such as the Steele dossier.
“The FBI relied on the dossier and FISA applications, knowing there was likely material originating from a political campaign or political opponent.”

When Durham was asked about specific documentation being presented, Durham stated, “We interviewed the first supervisor of the Crossfire investigation, the operational person.
“We showed him the intelligence information and he indicated he had never seen it before.”
It still baffles me that the abuse by the FBI never garnered front-page coverage by mainstream media outlets other than Fox News.
This is arguably one of the biggest overreach and corruption scandals in the history of this country, and nobody cares simply because it happened against Donald Trump.
