Several propaganda pieces in the mainstream media have attempted to lionize RINO Congresswoman Liz Cheney (“R”-WY) and paint the grassroots Wyoming GOP who voted to cease recognition of her as a Republican as ‘extremists’. But there are a few things that we need to get straight about the heiress to the badly tainted name of the Neo-Con Cheney political dynasty. Liz Cheney, since November of 2020 has spent every bit of her public image, political capital, and energy systematically breaking away from, insulting condescending to, and completely alienating the vast majority of Republicans nationwide who supported and still support the America-First or MAGA direction the GOP took under the leadership of President Donald Trump.
Since her widely reported political self-immolation that began with voting against President Trump during the Democrats’ shambolic 2nd impeachment, Cheney’s career has gone down in flames and her desperate parasitic attachment to the left has become obvious.
Let’s Look At The Liz Cheney Timeline: A Rapid Descent
In 2016 Liz Cheney successfully transitioned from state politics to Federal government and was elected to Wyoming’s one, at-large seat in the House of Representatives.
In 2019 she was elected by her peers to chair the House GOP Conference. She clashed from time to time with more MAGA-oriented Congressmen but seemed largely on the same page of working to benefit the American people and even supported President Trump during his first impeachment by the Democrats. Heck, she voted in line with the president nearly 93% of the time he was in office, according to an analysis by FiveThirtyEight. But after the results of the thoroughly corrupted November 2020 election became clear, something changed. It had become very clear through Rep. Cheney’s actions, that the interests of the American people, of Wyoming, and of the Republican party were no longer guiding her actions.
“Liz Cheney doesn’t view her role as chair of the conference as one of serving the Republican members. She seems to think we’re there to serve her. That’s not leadership,” Gaetz said on his podcast in July. “That’s not what we need going into the election. That’s not what President Trump needs.”
After January 6th Rep. Cheney seems to have seen her opportunity. The very second the riots began, Democrats began blaming President Trump for them as if he were handing out torches and pitchforks on Constitution Avenue. Pelosi and her Democrat-Socialists rushed to impeach Trump AGAIN for the absurd charge of inciting insurrection. It was here that she plunged the knife it and signaled her split from the rest of the Republican party with a statement elucidating her treachery by regurgitating the Democrat’s soundly disproven claims.
“The President of the United States summoned this mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack,” the statement read. “Everything that followed was his doing. None of this would have happened without the President. The President could have immediately and forcefully intervened to stop the violence. He did not. There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of his office and his oath to the Constitution.”
This wasn’t some contrite arrival at conscience, this was nothing other than an opportunistic attack that used the Democrats’ talking points. What was her endgame? Cheney and co-conspirators like Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) and the likes of Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney, Richard Burr, Bill Cassidy, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Ben Sasse, and Pat Toomey have made no bones about it, they are out to ‘save the Republican Party’. (Boy, megalomaniacal delusions of grandeur seem to run in the family)
“I intend to be the leader, one of the leaders, in a fight to help to restore our party,” Cheney said in an interview that’s airing in full on NBC’s “Today” show in May 2021.
These truly delusional folks actually believe that there is a political future to be had in the space between America-First Republicans and the Democrat-Socialists, sadly it just isn’t so. The fever dream seems to be a resurrection of the GOP under Bush, Cheney, Romney, and Ryan, the ineffective pliant Republicans who were content to merely slow the left’s progress. But as Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO) aptly put it “These members should not be allowed in our closed-door private meetings…They are a cancer to our party and to our caucus and they must be expelled from our conference.” and it seems the process has begun already.

As Breitbart reported, Cheney’s polling, censure, and now semi-expulsion indicate that her career is likely over… at least with the GOP. “Only 10 percent of GOP voters, and 13 percent of all voters, say they would vote to reelect her, and she trails by more than 30 points—54 percent to 21 percent—against state Sen. Anthony Bouchard, who has announced a campaign against her since her impeachment vote.” She thought she would become “leader” of a resurgent Neo-con movement, instead she has made certain that she’ll either be an unpopular Democrat or a has been politician.
