Video: Liz Cheney Ruins Liz Cheney’s Career in Epic Performance

Anti-Trump Republican turncoat and leftist media proclaimed “Leader of the Opposition In-Exile” Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) took to the podium in the US House of Representatives and in an epic performance: publicly set fire to her own party, climbed upon the pyre and figuratively burned herself with it.

In what can only be described as the ultimate virtue-signaling act of self-immolation, the (now former) Chair of the House GOP Conference blasted President Trump, her own party and her constituents back in Wyoming. In so doing Cheney also alienated the 51% majority of Republicans Nationwide who still support President Trump and dominate the party according to a March 2021 Fabrizio Lee Poll.

According to the Poll,

“If the election was held today, Trump would dominate a GOP Primary, winning 51% of the vote, with no one else breaking double-digits.”

Cheney Is Projecting, She Says She Sees Lies Everywhere. She’s The One Telling Them

Congresswoman Cheney parroted leftist talking points throughout her performance repeatedly falsely accusing President Donald Trump of inciting the January 6th Capitol breach. She insisted that independently confirmed reports of massive irregularities and serious, unadjudicated allegations of electoral fraud are lies and repeated the most shameful lies Democrats have uttered since Nov. 4th both which have been thoroughly debunked:

1.)”More than 60 State and Federal courts, including multiple judges the former President appointed, have rejected his claims.”This is false, the vast majority of these cases were dismissed summarily, out of hand without presentation or consideration of the evidence. Most were dismissed on procedural grounds (read: excuses) such as “standing” (ie./ SCOTUS ruled the President and the states had no legal standing to contest the election… which is INSANE) and “latches” (ex./ the President needed to sue to contest the results of the election before it even took place… [Nope, not kidding]).

2.)”The Trump Department of Justice investigated the former President’s claims of widespread fraud and found no evidence to support them.”– Also false, on Nov. 11th 2020 AG Barr authorized investigation into the allegations of electoral fraud, on December 1st 21 days or 13 Business days later announced “To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,”. For comparison the Mueller-led investigation into the insane Russia-gate scandal took TWO YEARS. It defies all rational belief that the DoJ could carry out a nation-spanning investigation in just 21 days even working non-stop 24/7, even if they just focused on the most contentious states! A properly conducted and appropriately thorough investigation would require months at least and would likely still be underway today.

3.)”The election is over. That is the rule of law. That is our constitutional process. Those who refuse to accept the rulings of our courts are at war with the Constitution.”– False and frighteningly authoritarian. The Supreme Court refused to hear Texas v. Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan & Pennsylvania on standing and didn’t rule on it. Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan & Pennsylvania all made radical, fundamental changes to their electoral processes through their Secretaries of State and/or Boards of Elections without and in some cases directly in contravention of their legislatures. Several legislatures (Arizona, Pennsylvania for example) were prevented from convening by their Governors and/or Democrat legislators, having been adjourned “due to COVID”. The notion that those who refuse to accept capricious, bad faith rulings are “at war with the Constitution” is disturbingly authoritarian in nature and unbecoming a member of Congress.

Here are those comments to Congress in context,

“Today, we face a threat America has never seen before. A former President, who provoked a violent attack on this Capitol in an effort to steal the election, has resumed his aggressive effort to convince Americans that the election was stolen from him. He risks inciting further violence.

Millions of Americans have been misled by the former President. They have heard only his words but not the truth, as he continues to undermine our democratic process, sowing seeds of doubt about whether democracy really works at all.

I am a conservative Republican, and the most conservative of conservative principles is reverence for the rule of law. The electoral college has voted. More than 60 State and Federal courts, including multiple judges the former President appointed, have rejected his claims. The Trump Department of Justice investigated the former President’s claims of widespread fraud and found no evidence to support them. The election is over. That is the rule of law. That is our constitutional process. Those who refuse to accept the rulings of our courts are at war with the Constitution.

Our duty is clear. Every one of us who has sworn the oath must act to prevent the unraveling of our democracy. This is not about policy. This is not about partisanship. This is about our duty as Americans. Remaining silent and ignoring the lie emboldens the liar.

I will not participate in that. I will not sit back and watch in silence while others lead our party down a path that abandons the rule of law and joins the former President’s crusade to undermine our democracy.”

Just The Beginning of the End for Dick’s Dynasty

In addition to being stripped of her role as the 3rd most powerful Republican in Congress, Cheney is also facing stiff challenges at home in Wyoming, her approval rate is underwater and challengers for her seat are lining up. Come 2022, Lady Cheney will likely find herself and her powerful political dynasty not only out of favor with the party, but also out of Congress.
