Alejandro Mayorkas has a few words of advice for migrants lining up for the milk and honey of America. Please don’t break the laws, he implores. That’s his job. Their own efforts will only make things worse, he scolds. Breaking the law must be left to the trained professionals.

Mayorkas makes it legal

New York Post wrote a particularly scathing article about Alejandro Mayorkas. They did such a great job it’s worth spreading around. Not only that, it’s spot on. The post hits it on the nail like an assault hammer.

Gallup estimates that more than 750 million adults worldwide would emigrate to another country if they had the opportunity,” they begin. Joe and Al “seem hell-bent on letting them all in.” They don’t care what the law says.

On Thursday, April 27, the Post points out, Mayorkas declared unilaterally that they “are building lawful pathways for people to come, without resorting to the smugglers.” Save your money because the Catholic charities aren’t raking it in as fast as they used to.

The Post had a “translation” of his remarks for their readers. “Foreigners who don’t qualify under our generous to-a-fault immigration laws (more than a million green cards served most every year) no longer need to break our laws.

Why not? They rhetorically ask, then answer. “Because the Biden administration will do the law-breaking for them.” They’ve been doing it for the past two years and, so far, they have been getting away with it.

That judge in Florida had some nasty things to say about Alejandro Mayorkas but the program the court ended had served its purpose already. The suit still making its way through a federal court in Louisiana is the one which really scares them.

Deep State Immigration

Everyone else would call it the Deep State but the post doesn’t like to use such a tacky and deplorable phrase. No matter what you call it, there’s a “government within the government” where the bureaucrats simply do as they please and nobody stops them.

The same way you can go on the “dark web” and score drugs, kiddie porn or U.S. intelligence reports, the Post reports, Mayorkas is implementing a “dark‘ immigration law passed not by Congress but created by the Executive Branch, usually for the express purpose of circumventing Congress.” The very definition of “Deep State.

To hide the flood of migrants overwhelming the border patrol, Mayorkas unilaterally announced “Regional Processing Centers.” They’ll be conveniently located where most of our invaders are coming from “to reduce irregular migration and facilitate safe, orderly, humane, and lawful pathways.

Calling it “lawful” doesn’t mean that it is. Al and Joe cooked that up out of thin air and it’s blatantly illegal.

Now, they’re pre-processing migrants in their home country, out of sight and most importantly, out of the headlines. They’ll be herding them in like cattle, direct to the heartland and bypassing the border completely.

In case you were wondering about the numbers, Mayorkas admits they “are going to begin [with] 5-6,000 plus each month and we will scale up.” His legal pathway is allegedly “parole.” Congress is going spastic over that. They created the parole power for use in emergencies, not mass migration.
