MSNBC Contributor Demands Boycott After Hosts Visit Trump

MSNBC contributor Jennifer Rubin is melting down over the hosts of “Morning Joe” meeting with President-elect Donald Trump, demanding her fellow leftists boycott the show.

The hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” — Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who are married to each other — visited with Trump at Mar-a-Lago over the weekend, which was a surprising step considering the pair’s vehement anti-Trump stance, where they have repeatedly smeared Trump as a “racist,” a “fascist,” and literally “Hitler.” After the visit, Scarborough and Brzezinski claimed on air that they decided to meet with Trump because they needed to “restart communications” ahead of his second term following his landslide victory in the Electoral College and popular vote.

This was especially shocking to the radical left, as they vehemently believed what Scarborough and Brzezinski said about Trump being a second coming of Adolph Hitler. If they were telling the truth, then meeting with Hitler 2.0 was an egregious act. However, if they don’t actually believe that Trump is Hitler, the left would be even more outraged — instead of calling them out for lying about how awful Trump was, they are calling them out for not agreeing with them that Trump is Hitler.

One of these radical leftists is MSNBC contributor Jennifer Rubin, who had a ridiculous meltdown on the left’s latest social media platform, Bluesky, which is designed to be a leftist echochamber version of X/Twitter. As is common with the left, she demanded a boycott because the “Morning Joe” hosts did not bow to the leftist narrative.

“Disgusting,” Rubin wrote on her Bluesky account.

“The market works great. You can stop watching Morning Joe anytime,” the MSNBC contributor wrote in another post on Monday.

“On MJ: If you don’t appreciate the audience you have, betray that audience and lose their trust you are [going] to lose lots of them. I have seen this movie,” she continued.

Her remarks were also shocking to many on social media, who pointed out that she was calling for a boycott of her own network.

“MSNBC contributor Jen Rubin continues to saw vigorously at the branch upon which she sits. Make that both branches. Rubin is now calling for a boycott of her own network after supporting resignations from her own newspaper, the Washington Post,” wrote legal analyst Jonathan Turley.
