A rather shocking arrest was made in California.
A 72-year-old judge was arrested.
It was not a corruption case, however.
The judge was arrested for murder.

I have always marveled at these cases where either the husband or wife of an elderly couple snaps and kills the other.
I guess sometimes you have just heard enough.
Was that the reason Judge Jeffrey Ferguson allegedly shot and killed his 65-year-old wife, Sherly Ferguson?
Local police in Southern California responded to a call of shots fired.
When they arrived Sheryl had been shot.
The Judge was immediately taken into custody.
His wife was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police did not provide any additional details as to the motive.
I guess she just nagged him one too many times.
