It looks like Hunter’s legal team is going in a different direction.

Rather than taking the approach that the laptop could or could not be Hunter’s, they are taking a very aggressive approach to go after the computer repair shop owner.

In doing so, they are admitting that the content on the laptop is Hunter’s.

They seem to be making one big mistake, however.

Oops

The terms of service for the repair shop clearly state that merchandise left over a certain period of days becomes the property of the shop owner.

Hunter signed that receipt.

Since he never picked up the laptop, it became the shop owners property, and he can do with it whatever he pleases.

Biden’s attorney stated, “This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information.

“Mr. Mac Isaac’s intentional, reckless, and unlawful conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data, without any discretion, to be circulated around the Internet.”

Now they are going after everyone for defamation…

Rudy Giuliani is among those named in the suit.

His representative stated, “The work order is as clear as it can be. The laptop became abandoned property under John Mac Isaac’s control.

“Raising concerns now, after so many years, indicates just how devastating the texts and videos from Hunter’s laptop truly are.”

Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley also chimed on this new revelation, agreeing that Hunter’s attorneys made a big mistake taking this approach.
