If Vice President Kamala Harris has shown the American public anything, it’s that she can’t hold onto her staff even if her life depended on it.

New reports have revealed that within this past year alone, Harris has seen over a dozen high-profile aides leave her office.

Former staffers have revealed that people don’t enjoy working for her due to an “abusive environment” and lack of support.

The Washington Post recently published an article detailing the turmoil within Harris’ circle, with staffers describing her management style as horrifyingly bad.

This comes at a time when President Joe Biden is already struggling to maintain his age and reelection chances—and many are concerned about what would happen if he became incapacitated or worse during his term—leaving VP Harris in charge.

It’s no surprise that Vice President Kamala Harris is finding it hard to keep top talent around her office given the reports circulating around her management style.

A former staffer described it as putting up with a “constant amount of soul-destroying criticism” and propping up a bully who offers little confidence or preparation for tasks assigned.

The problem has become so pervasive, even Joe Biden’s team has taken notice of it, leading to speculation about how this could affect his reelection chances come 2024.

The recent survey from Rasmussen Reports shows that 50% of respondents think she is performing worse than most previous vice presidents whereas only 24% see no difference at all – demonstrating why some Democrats feel Biden should replace her now instead of waiting until election season arrives again.

Despite these concerns however, Biden appears not ready just yet to part ways with the California senator having said recently in a memo that picking her was “one of the best decisions I made” and remains “the perfect choice.”
