Donald Trump is not happy, and he has every reason to be upset.
Reports recently broke that when Trump’s Twitter account was accessed by Special Counsel Jack Smith, Trump was not informed.
This was because of an utterly ridiculous ruling by Judge Beryle Howell.

When Smith asked for access to Trump’s accounts, the Judge purposely did not tell Donald Trump.
Her ruling stated, “The Court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy to the investigation.”
When Trump found out about it, he went ballistic on Truth Social.
He posted, “How dare lowlife prosecutor, Deranged Jack Smith, break into my former Twitter account without informing me and, indeed, trying to completely hide this atrocity from me.
“What could he possibly find out that is not already known. Just like the early morning raid of Mar-a-Lago!
“Why isn’t the DOJ raiding Crooked Joe Biden, the most CORRUPT (and Incompetent!) President in the history of the United States?”
This seems to be a theme, as the judge in the January 6 case was also worried about this.
Prosecutors argued, “The defendant is now attempting to do the same thing in this criminal case — to undermine confidence in the criminal justice system and prejudice the jury pool through disparaging and inflammatory attacks on the citizens of this District, the Court, prosecutors, and prospective witnesses.”
Judge Chutkan has since ordered a limited gag order on Trump.
