CCP Takeover Claims Its Next VICTIM

Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic and Leader of the Chinese Communist Party and Paramount Leader of China made the opening address to the 20th Communist Party Congress on October 17.

During the nearly two-hour speech, Jinping announced that the CCP takeover of Hong Kong was complete and that Taiwan is next, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

According to CNN,  China, Xi said, had “protected people’s lives and health” from Covid, and returned the former British colony of Hong Kong from “chaos to governance.”

He also touted  “major struggles” against the “independence forces,” a euphemistic phrase for the sovereign, elected government of Taiwan, a de facto self-governing nation since 1949, representing the last hold-out of the nationalist Republic of China which was defeated on the mainland by the Communists under Mao Zedong.

The Chinese Communists in Beijing have claimed Taiwan as a ‘rogue province’ of China since the ROC retreated, despite never exercising control over the island.

Xi said China would “strive for peaceful reunification” — but then gave a grim warning according to CNN, adding “we will never promise to renounce the use of force and we reserve the option of taking all measures necessary.”

“The wheels of history are rolling on towards China’s reunification and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Complete reunification of our country must be realized,” he said to thundering applause, quieting rampant rumors that he was either dead or under house arrest amidst a suspected coup.

According to NBC News, Xi told the 2,300 gathered Communist leaders, “We must strengthen our sense of hardship, adhere to the bottom-line thinking, be prepared for danger in times of peace, prepare for a rainy day, and be ready to withstand major tests of high winds and high waves.”

Xi defended China’s brutal subjugation of Hong Kong, claiming that it has helped the former bastion of freedom “enter a new stage in which it has restored order and is set to thrive.”

As reported by  Reuters, former Trump Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had some prophetic words for Beijing in March and was quick to compare their takeover of Hong Kong to their designs for Taiwan.

Pompeo noted after Beijing’s “brutally successful takeover of Hong Kong,” Xi feels more powerful and “won’t be satisfied stopping at Hong Kong.”

“Taking over Taiwan, a necessary mission, is not only to boost Xi’s egomaniacal claim of greatness, but indeed to solidify it,” Pompeo said presciently.
