Fox News has decided to settle.
Just prior to the trial for the Dominion lawsuit getting started, the judge announced that a settlement had been reached.
Fox settled for almost 50 percent of what Dominion had been seeking.

Fox is writing a check for $787,500,000 for Dominion.
It is an utterly staggering amount, especially when you consider there is a similar case still on deck for Fox.
Fox News released a statement immediately after the settlement was reached.
It stated, “We are pleased to have reached a settlement of our dispute with Dominion Voting Systems.
“We acknowledge the Court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false.
“This settlement reflects FOX’s continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards.
“We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues.”
All the leftist media outlets took their shots, especially CNN, with Jake Tapper saying he could barely read the Fox statement with a straight face.
He seems to have forgotten that CNN settled a defamation suit, just one of many of the fake news stories the network got caught peddling.
